First Concern Pregnancy Resource Center is a non-profit organization. Our options counseling service, parent education, and life-affirming support we provide are free because of the amazing community support. Volunteer Opportunities
Are you interested in joining our team at First Concern? We have a variety of volunteer opportunities for those who would like to share their time and talents. We especially need women who speak Spanish and Portuguese to reach & serve our community.
Scheduler/Receptionist – Greets clients, answers inquiries, and schedules appointments.
Advocate – Partners with the medical office to provide options education.
Church/Parish Liaison – serve as a contact person for First Concern to make your congregation aware of updates, special events, and prayer needs.
General Help – Processing baby bottle fundraisers, organizing drive donations, assisting with donor mailings, and other administrative tasks. A commitment of 4 hours a week is preferred.
Housekeeping – Cleans 1x/week.
Prayer Partners – Prayer is vital for this ministry to serve women facing a pregnancy decision. Also, the staff, volunteers, and board members need consistent, fervent prayer. Commit to praying for our ministry daily by joining our prayer team.
Event Planning – If you love planning events, working on one of our annual fundraising special events (dinners, brunches, comedy nights, etc.) is a perfect opportunity to use your talents for a few weeks and on your own time schedule. This position requires working as part of a team and the ability to complete assignments within a deadline.
